Welcome to ClipCook! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClipCook mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GHP Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using ClipCook, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClipCook, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipCook is an AI-powered cooking assistant that allows you to:

• Save recipes from video content and other sources
• Receive AI-generated cooking guidance and step-by-step instructions
• Customize and remix recipes to your preferences
• Receive notifications about your recipes via push notifications or SMS

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ClipCook, including recipe modifications and preferences. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ClipCook for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Third-Party Content

ClipCook may process recipes from third-party sources (such as social media videos). We do not claim ownership of original recipe content and provide attribution to original creators where available. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party content.

7. AI-Generated Content

ClipCook uses artificial intelligence to process recipes and provide cooking guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing recipes and using your own judgment when cooking, especially regarding food safety, allergies, and dietary restrictions.

8. SMS Terms

If you opt-in to receive SMS messages from ClipCook:

• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your usage
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance

9. Intellectual Property

The ClipCook name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GHP Labs LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHP LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF CLIPCOOK.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHP Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ClipCook at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of ClipCook after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
