GHP Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Coach Fred, an AI-powered game day toolkit for youth sports coaches. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Account Information: When you create an account using Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and Google account identifier. Your account is managed through GHP Labs' shared authentication system, which means the same account may be used across other GHP Labs applications (such as ClipCook, Sorted, and Imagine That). While your account identity is shared, each app's data remains separate — your Coach Fred team and game data are not accessible to other GHP Labs apps.

Team and Roster Data: We collect and store team rosters you create, including player names and jersey numbers. This information is entered by you, the coach — Coach Fred does not collect information directly from players or children.

Game and Lineup Data: We collect game schedules, lineup configurations, batting orders, and related game-day information you create within the app.

Walk-Up Music Selections: We collect your walk-up song selections for players, which are used to connect to Apple Music for playback during games.

Announcer Voiceover Data: We collect announcer scripts you create or that are generated by AI, as well as text-to-speech audio files produced from those scripts.

Coaching Chat History: We collect and store your conversations with the AI coaching assistant, including questions about strategy, practice planning, and other coaching topics.

Device Information: We collect device identifiers, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications about your games and schedules.

Coach Fred does not collect personal information directly from children. All player information (names, jersey numbers) is entered by adult coaches. The app is designed for use by coaches and other adults managing youth sports teams — it is not intended for use by children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

Coach Fred uses multiple AI services to provide its features. Your coaching chat messages are processed by Anthropic Claude to generate responses. Announcer scripts may be generated by Google Gemini and converted to audio by ElevenLabs. These services process your data solely to provide the requested functionality. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your team data, rosters, game information, chat history, and voiceover audio will be permanently removed from our systems.
