Terms of Service

Welcome to Coach Fred! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coach Fred mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GHP Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Coach Fred, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Coach Fred, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. Coach Fred is designed for adult coaches and team managers — it is not intended for use by children.

2. Description of Service

Coach Fred is an AI-powered game day toolkit for youth sports coaches that allows you to:

• Create and manage team rosters with player names and jersey numbers
• Build game-day lineups and batting orders
• Select walk-up music for players via Apple Music integration
• Generate and play announcer voiceover scripts with AI text-to-speech
• Get AI-powered coaching assistance, practice plans, and strategy advice
• Manage game schedules and team logistics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Coach Fred uses Google OAuth for authentication. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Coach Fred, including team rosters, lineup configurations, and custom announcer scripts. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any information you provide, including player names and team data, and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Player Information and Consent

By entering player information (names, jersey numbers) into Coach Fred, you represent that you have the appropriate authority and/or consent to use this information in connection with managing your team. You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws, league rules, or organizational policies regarding the use of player information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Coach Fred for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Use the AI coaching features to generate harmful or inappropriate content
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

7. Fees and Payments

Coach Fred is currently available at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other monetization in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes that affect your access to existing features. Any paid features will be clearly identified before purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

Coach Fred integrates with third-party services including Apple Music, Google, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.

9. AI-Generated Content

Coach Fred uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching advice, practice plans, announcer scripts, and voiceover audio. While we strive for helpful and accurate output, AI-generated content reflects algorithmic patterns and may not be suitable for every situation. Coaching recommendations are suggestions only — you are responsible for your own coaching decisions and the safety of your players. AI-generated voiceover audio is provided for personal, non-commercial game-day use.

10. Intellectual Property

The Coach Fred name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GHP Labs LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED COACHING ADVICE, PRACTICE PLANS, OR OTHER CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHP LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF COACH FRED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHP Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Coach Fred at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your team data, rosters, game information, chat history, and voiceover audio will be deleted from our systems.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Coach Fred after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
