Welcome to Sorted! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sorted mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GHP Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Sorted, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sorted, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sorted is an AI-powered style assistant that allows you to:

• Upload and organize photos of your clothing and outfits
• Receive AI-generated outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe
• Get personalized style advice and fashion suggestions
• Track your style preferences and outfit history
• Receive notifications about outfit suggestions via push notifications or SMS

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Sorted, including photos of your clothing and outfits. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any photos you submit and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sorted for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Fees and Payments

Sorted is currently available at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other monetization in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes that affect your access to existing features. Any paid features will be clearly identified before purchase.

7. Third-Party Products and Links

Sorted may include links to third-party products, retailers, or services. We may earn commissions from purchases made through these links. Third-party links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

8. AI-Generated Recommendations

Sorted uses artificial intelligence to analyze your wardrobe and provide style recommendations. While we strive for helpful and relevant suggestions, AI-generated content reflects algorithmic patterns and may not suit every occasion or personal preference. Style recommendations are suggestions only, and you are responsible for your own fashion choices.

9. SMS Terms

If you opt-in to receive SMS messages from Sorted:

• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your usage and preferences
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance

10. Intellectual Property

The Sorted name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GHP Labs LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR STYLE RECOMMENDATIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PREFERENCES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHP LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SORTED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHP Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sorted at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your photos and personal data will be deleted from our systems.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Sorted after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
